Body energetics

Vitality and resilience

Every organ, every tissue and every feeling have their own energy quality.

The essence of energy is transformation.

The flow of energy can be impeded
by scars,
inflammatory foci,
organ disorders,
traumatic events,
and other
kinds of unprocessed stimuli.

The life force is disturbed and the natural transformation of our energy from one quality to another is inhibited. We feel less alive; our life force cannot develop. We are less resilient and therefore more susceptible to environmental stress.

The release of this inhibited vital force is fundamental for health and development!

Energy needs
to transform

Five-element-concept

The teaching of the five stages of transformation together with the I-Ching form the theoretical basis for the millennia-old Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Acupuncture, Qi-Gong and other Chinese techniques refer to the description and laws of these processes.

The elements FIRE (dynamics), EARTH (change), METAL (maturity), WATER (acquisition) and WOOD (departure) describe 5 different qualities of energy that we find in our body, but also in nature. These dynamicand constantly changing forces are related to one another by generative, consumptive and controllingfunctions.

Scars and interference zones

Not every scar is an interference zone and not every interference zone is a scar. However, if such areas are recognized and treated accordingly, a previously impeded flow of energy can resume its full function with remarkable effects on our regulatory-system and health!

Emotional relaxation

Emotions are carriers of great powers. After a phase of action in our body system, they should come to an end. Unfortunately, there are also trapped and unexpressed emotions that we still carry with us. These trapped forces can lead to physical and emotional stress.

Such phenomena are resolved through sophisticated techniques and methods.

Functional circles and meridians

The unimpeded flow of the energy channels (meridians) and the quality of the corresponding organ systems (functional circles) are mutually dependent.

The free and naturally controlled movement of life energy (also known as Qi or Prana) is the purpose of holistic treatments.

„It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness“
